DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) offers recipients various handy and flexible delivery options. Our customers can choose when and where DHL delivers the parcel. DHL thereby ensures that the delivery is as smooth as the online purchase.

Return Policy
For EU countries, you’re entitled to exchange your purchases for a different color and size or return them for a refund, as long as it’s within 30 days of receiving your delivery. For non-EU countries, you're not able to exchange your purchase, you are only entitled to receive a refund for your returned order.
The item needs to be unused and undamaged, and all original packaging, including price labels, tags, and stickers should be intact and untampered with.
Please note that you’re responsible for the return until it reaches us, so we highly recommend downloading a return label from our site and following your package with the tracking feature.
However, if you would like to organize your own shipping to return an item, you can find our returns address below.
For all returns or exchanges, you’ll need to include a completed returns form with an order number and a short explanation as to why you want to return your purchases. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free returns, so the shipping cost of returning an item will be deducted from your refund.
If you’ve requested to exchange an item for a different size and color and it’s out of stock, our customer service team will contact you.
